I'm Julius. Before Moonira, I ran an ad creative agency. We had a handful of people handling delivery, lead generation, creative analytics, service delivery - everything. At some point I realized I was spending all day every day building automations to keep up.

From lead generation, over sales and onboarding, all the way to the majority of the service delivery - even recruitment was mostly automated. I built a full custom internal ERP (CRM + service delivery + ad creative analytics + PMS) to handle it all. Every part of the agency was automated.

Then I realized something: if automating a creative agency - one of the most "human" businesses out there - could be this effective, imagine what it could do for businesses that are drowning in operational work. Recruiting agencies processing hundreds of candidates. E-commerce brands juggling inventory across channels. Professional services firms buried in compliance paperwork.
